1. 鞋材
TPU用于鞋材主要由于其优良的弹性和耐磨性。含TPU的鞋类产品穿着舒适度方面比普通鞋类产品优越得多，因此，在高档鞋类产品中较为广泛，尤其是一些运动鞋，休闲鞋。
2. 薄膜
TPU因其优越的性能和环保概念日益受到人们的欢迎。目前，凡是使用PVC的地方，TPU均能成为PVC的代替品。TPU薄膜不仅可与各种布料贴合，还可以用真空热成型的方法生产轮廓清晰，尺寸稳定的产品。随着国内环保意识的不断提高，TPU的应用也越来越广泛。其中增加速度比较快的领域：鞋面里料、保暖内衣、透明内衣、透明肩带、松紧带及医疗用透气胶带。
3. 胶粘剂
TPU胶粘剂属于聚氨酯粘胶剂的一种。在欧美聚氨酯胶粘剂的使用已经相当普遍，特别在鞋类胶粘剂的使用中，几乎使用聚氨酯粘胶剂。我国TPU粘胶剂的使用是以TPU溶解后，经过加工处理后获得聚氨酯粘胶剂。在TPU粘胶剂使用上，主要以广东、福建、浙江、上海四个主要地区为主。
4. 软管
由于TPU软管具有柔软，良好的抗张强度、冲击强度耐高低温性，所以在中国TPU软管被广泛用作飞机、坦克、汽车、摩托车、机床等机械设备等的输气、输油软管。主要TPU软管制造企业集中在广东、浙江、江苏、山东、河北等地。
5. 电线
TPU提供了耐撕裂、耐磨与弯曲特征，耐高低温性更是电缆性能的关键。所以在中国市场上，高等电缆如控制电缆与电力电缆用TPU，用来保护设计复杂电缆的被覆材料，用途也日益广泛。
6. 滚轮
聚氨酯弹性体以其较高的机械强度、卓越的耐磨性、优良的耐油、耐酸碱、突出的抗压缩性及使得其在滚轮上有大量应用。国内滚轮主要有以下几种：工业滚轮、家用滚轮、运动器材轮、医疗器械轮、玩具轮。
7．塑胶改性
可用于PA，ABS增塑，但成本较高。
8 .油墨
TPU油墨主要优点表现于：优异的附着力，低粘度，良好的耐曲挠性，优异的耐磨性，高光泽度，耐气候性，可以抵御包括UV照射在内的任何阳光暴晒，在各种应用领域中都表现极好的强韧性和持久性。芳香族和脂肪族的TPU制成的油墨都能在各种气候和环境条件下使用，产品具有稳定和杰出的性能。
TPU油墨具有光洁平滑的外观，良好的遮光性及耐醇、附着力强等特点，主要适用于TPU等塑胶的表面装饰。如手机、笔记本电脑、鞋、轿车皮椅、沙发、皮具、手提袋、充气娱乐TPU制品、雨伞、雨衣等
TPU油墨用于金属、玻璃上，附着率差，易掉漆。

The use of TPU adhesives in China is to obtainpolyurethane adhesives after TPU dissolution and processing. TPUadhesives are mainly used in Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang andShanghai.
4. Hose
TPU hoses are widely used as gas and oil delivery hoses foraircraft, tanks, automobiles, motorcycles, machine tools and othermechanical e in China due to their soft, good tensilestrength, impact strength and high and low temperature resistance.The main TPU hose manufacturing enterprises are concentrated inGuangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Hebei and other places.
5. Wire
TPU provides tear resistance, wear resistance and bendingcharacteristics. High and low temperature resistance is the key tocable performance. Therefore, in the Chinese market, TPU forhigh-level cables, such as control cables and power cables, isincreasingly used to protect the coating materials for complexcables.
6. Roller
Polyurethane elastomer has been widely used in rollers becauseof its high mechanical strength, excellent wear resistance,excellent oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, outstandingcompression resistance. Domestic rollers are mainly the following:industrial rollers, household rollers, sports e wheels,medical e wheels, toy wheels.
7. Plastic Modification
It can be used for plasticizing PA and ABS, but the cost ishigh.
8. Ink
The main advantages of TPU ink are: excellent adhesion, lowviscosity, good flexibility, excellent wear resistance, high gloss,weather resistance, can withstand any sunshine, including UVirradiation, and show excellent toughness and durability in variousapplications. Aromatic and aliphatic TPU inks can be used in avariety of climatic and environmental conditions, the product hasstable and outstanding performance.
TPU ink has smooth appearance, good shading and alcoholresistance, strong adhesion, etc. It is mainly suitable for surfacedecoration of plastic such as TPU. Such as mobile phones, laptops,shoes, car leather chairs, sofas, advanced leather goods, handbags,inflatable entertainment TPU products, umbrellas, raincoats,etc.
