阻燃性PPS 1140A64日本宝理---The disadvantages of PPS are: high price,low price in high temperature resistant plastics, but much higherthan general engineering plastics; poor toughness, brittle;unstable viscosity. Pure PPS is seldom used alone because of itsbrittleness, and most of the PPS used are modified ones.Specifically: 40% Glass Fiber Reinforced PPS (R-4), inorganicfilled PPS (R-8), Carbon Fiber Reinforced PPS (G-6), etc.
PPS的存在的不足有:价钱太高,在耐高温塑料中归属于底价,但比通用性橡胶制品高很多;延展性差,性脆;中黏度不稳定。纯PPS因特性脆而非常少独立应用,运用的PPS多见其改特性种类。实际有:40%玻纤提高PPS(R-4),无机物添充PPS(R-8),碳纤维材料提高PPS(G-6)等。
喷涂成型工艺:
聚苯硫醚的喷涂以静电粉末喷涂为主,喷涂前需将金属工件进行除油、喷沙、化学处理,以提高工件与聚苯硫醚的粘附力,在370~400℃下预热处理10~20min,用喷将PPS粉末喷到工件表面,待流平、固化后得到平整而有光泽的涂层。
Spray forming process:
PPS is mainly sprayed by electrostatic powder. Before spraying,the metal workpiece should be degreased, sandblasted and chemicallytreated to improve the adhesion between the workpiece and PPS.After preheating at 370-400 ℃ for 10-20min, PPS powder is sprayedon the surface of the workpiece. After leveling and curing, asmooth and glossy coating is obtained.
