High density polyethylene HDPE as raw material for heavy-wallpipes is a new type of green building materials with advancedinternational level. It is a key product of the Ministry ofNational Construction to replace steel with plastic and cement withplastic. It is of great significance to save energy, reducepollution and protect the environment. Large-caliber HDPEdouble-wall pipe is made of low-pressure high-density (HDPE)polyethylene. Due to the special production process and structuredesign, the normal strength and circumferential stiffness of thepipe are greatly increased. Even for pipes with larger diameter, itcan also bear the pressure and traffic load well. This kind ofpipeline has a series of advantages, such as reliable connection,corrosion resistance, toughness, good elasticity, long service lifeand convenient construction. HDPE缠绕增强管道施工环境温度宜在40℃;管道配管可用电锯切割,但端面必须垂直平整,不应有损坏;管道连接采用热收缩带连接,施工操作如下:文热收缩带连接时应清洁对齐管材的两端表面,保证连接部位的干净,将需要连接的管两端水平对齐;将热收缩带套在管材的-端,并用加热工具对管材连接处进行预热;把PE密封带放在预热连接处粘合起来;将热收缩带移至连接处,使管材连接缝位于热收缩带的中心位置,并加以固定;用加热工具对热收缩带先从中心部位上下均匀加热,再左右向外进行加热。加热以热收缩带收缩紧贴在管壁,表面变色点为灰色且两边有少许粘胶流出为宜,加热时不可集中过分加热,以防烧穿热收缩带;进行冷却,冷却时间约为15rain;为防接口合拢时已敷设管道轴线位置移动,需采取稳管措施。具体方法可在编织袋内灌满黄砂。封口后压在已敷设管道的顶部。具体数量视管径大小而异。管道接合后,应复核管道的高程和轴线使其符合要求;管道安装作业中,必须保证沟槽排水畅通,严禁水泡沟槽。雨季施工应采取防止管材漂浮措施。管道安装结束尚未填土时。一旦遭到水淹,应进行管中心线和管底高程复测及外观检查,如发生为宜、漂浮和拔口现象应返工处理。
