Product Description
TOPAS 6017S-04 is an injection molding grade with a high heatdistortion temperature (170°C) and exceptional dimensionalstability. It is a glass-clear amorphous polymer with outstandingmoisture barrier, chemical resistance, high purity and anon-reactive surface making it an excellent choice for precisionoptics, healthcare and other high-tech products. Lower leachablesand extractables of TOPAS COC preserve food and drug stability andquality. It is a non-polar substrate that does not promoteadsorption, denaturation, aggregation, or precipitation like glasscan. This grade has excellent heat resistance to withstand 121°Cand 134°C steam and dry heat sterilization protocols, as well asgamma and EtO procedures.
