PC is a medium level metal composite material (but much betterthan metal material or PC). It is worse than polyester, polyesterchip, isopropyl titanate methacrylate and PTFE, but better thanABS, polysulfone and plexiglass. Adding some fillers to PC canimprove the wear resistance, such as adding PTFE and glass fibercan reduce the friction resistance and wear rate, and improve thePV value. The temperature range of long-term application is wide,which can be applied in the range of - 100 ~ 130 ℃. The loaddeformation temperature of PC is high (130 ~ 140 ℃), and the damagecaused by load is small; Under - 100 ℃ or even at - 180 ℃ ultra-lowtemperature, the aging property will not crush like laminatedglass.
