PC 143R沙伯基础---PC alloy has many kinds, which improve theviscosity of PC melt (processability) and the product is easy tocrack. PC and different polymers form alloy or blend, and improvethe material properties. The specific contents include pc/absalloy, pc/asa alloy, pc/pbt alloy, pc/pet alloy, pc/pet/ elastomerblend, pc/mbs blend, pc/ptfe alloy, pc/pa alloy, etc
Description:
Generally speaking, polycarbonate has no interaction withgrease, oil and acid, and is stable in pure gasoline. PCpolycarbonate has a high light transmittance of 87% - 90% and arefractive index of 1.587, which is higher than that of othertransparent polymers such as acrylate, so it can be used as lensoptical materials. Polycarbonate also has good weather resistanceand heat aging resistance. After two years of outdoor exposure, itsperformance basically does not change. Polycarbonate can be moldedby injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, vacuum molding, thermoforming and other methods, and injection molding, extrusionand blow molding are often used. The melt viscosity ofpolycarbonate is higher than that of general thermoplastic. Theviscosity of polycarbonate ranges from 104 PA to 105 Pa atprocessing temperature, and it is sensitive to temperature. Theviscosity decreases obviously with the increase of temperature. Theflow characteristics of polycarbonate have little relationship withshear rate, which is similar to Newtonian fluid. Therefore, thefluidity of polycarbonate can be improved by adjusting thetemperature
Excellent performance:
Polycarbonate used for good mechanical properties, creepresistance is also very good, is better than the poly (phthalamide)and polyoxymethylene, especially the glass fiber reinforced PCpolycarbonate vinegar has better creep resistance, so it can bearhigher load at higher temperature and ensure the dimensionalstability. The main disadvantages of polycarbonate mechanicalproperties are easy to produce stress cracking, poor fatigueresistance, high notch sensitivity, no wear resistance and so on.PC has good high and low temperature resistance, good heatresistance at 120 ℃ and hot deformation temperature of 130 ~ 140 ℃.The brittleness temperature is - 100 ℃ and the long-term servicetemperature is - 70 ~ 120 ℃. Moreover, its thermal conductivity andspecific heat capacity are not high, its coefficient of linearexpansion is small, its flame retardancy is good, and it has selfextinguishing property. As a kind of weak polar polymer, PC hasbetter electrical insulation although its electrical insulation isnot as good as polyolefin. Because of its high glass transitiontemperature and low hygroscopicity, it can maintain good electricalproperties under wide temperature and humid conditions
definition:
PC is a kind of weak polar polymer. Although its electricalinsulation is not as good as polyolefin, it still has goodelectrical insulation. Because of its high glass transitiontemperature and low hygroscopicity, it can maintain good electricalproperties under a wide range of temperature and humidityconditions. In particular, its dielectric constant and dielectricloss are close to constant in the range of 10-130 ℃, so it issuitable for manufacturing capacitors. PC polycarbonate has certainchemical resistance. It is resistant to water, organic acid, diluteinorganic acid, oxidant, salt, oil, aliphatic hydrocarbon andalcohol at room temperature. However, it is eroded by alkali, amine, ketone, ester and aromatic hydrocarbon, and dissolved intrimethane, dichloroethane, cresol and other solvents.
