Bamboo charcoal micro powder has excellent functions ofconducting, conducting heat, absorbing and shielding ultravioletrays and purifying air. The new functional fibers can be obtainedby blending them with other fiber materials in a certainproportion. In this study, PA66 polyamide was used as the basicmaterial, and pa66/ bamboo charcoal film was prepared by mixingdifferent proportion of bamboo charcoal powder into PA66 formicacid mixture. The effect of the amount of bamboo charcoal powder onthe UV shielding and thermal stability of PA66 was studied. 1.Experiment 1.1 experimental materials and main instruments (1) theexperimental materials are bamboo charcoal micro powder (ShanghaiHaino Carbon Co., Ltd.), pa66[-nh (CH2) 6-nhco (CH2) 4Co] n slice(curtain fabric factory of Pingdingshan Shenma Group), white coatedyellow particles (density 1.10-1.14g/cm3, martin heat resistance50-60, relative viscosity 2.45, volume resistivity 1.831015cm,melting point 252, melting temperature 260-290, thermaldecomposition temperature 350, It has excellent mechanical strengthof wear-resistant self lubrication, HCOOH formic acid (80%, TianjinShengxing Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd.)( 2) The main instruments ande are ls-pop9 laser particle size analyzer (Zhuhai eurekiInstrument Co., Ltd.), ultraviolet visible near infraredspectrophotometer cary5000 (American Agilent), infraredspectrometer tensor37 (Bruker in Germany), netzschsta409pc/pg(netzschsta409pc/pg), jsm6360lvsem (Japan Electronics), dzkw typeelectrothermal constant temperature water bath pot (BeijingYongguang medical instrument factory), and JA2003 electronicbalance (sense 0.001g), 101 type electric blast drying box (BeijingYongguang medical instrument factory), yg141d fabric thicknessgauge ( MEIBANG Instrument Co., Ltd.). 1.2 experimentalmethod 1.2.1pa66/ bamboo charcoal micro powder blend film wasprepared under the condition of constant temperature (85) waterbath, 20ml of formic acid, bamboo charcoal powder and PA66polyamide sliced mixture were stirred to be completely dissolved.The glass carrier (formic acid and other impurities can bedissolved in water) was washed with pure water. Then, the pa66/bamboo charcoal micro powder mixed film with diameter of 10cm andthickness of 60-80m was obtained by drying in the oven for 30minunder 50. The content of bamboo charcoal powder in the mixedmembrane samples prepared by this research is 0, 1%, 3%, 5%, 10%,12%, 16%, 20% and 30%, respectively. The average thickness of thefilm was 70m measured by the fabric thickness gauge. 1.2.2pa66/ UVresistance of bamboo charcoal blend film (1) UV absorption ABSdetermination of UVA and UVB: the absorbance of pa66/ bamboocharcoal blend film with different bamboo charcoal content to UVvisible near infrared light was measured in the range of 200-800nm(2) DSC and TG analysis: room temperature 20-700, heating rate10/min, N2 atmosphere( 3) Infrared spectrum analysis of pa66/bamboo charcoal blend film: the bamboo charcoal powder, PA66 sliceand potassium bromide were milled and mixed with the tablet bypressing method, and the infrared absorption spectrum was measured.2. The results of the experiment 2.1 the particle size distributionand SEM micro morphology of bamboo carbon micro powder wereanalyzed. The particle size distribution and SEM micro morphologyof bamboo carbon micro powder were obtained by ls-pop9 laserparticle analyzer and jsm6360lvsem, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure2. Figure 1 the distribution of bamboo charcoal powder particlesize can be seen from Figure 1. The average particle size of bamboocharcoal powder is 2.135m, with 10% of 1.0m distribution, 30% of1.6m, 50% of 2.1m and 95% of 4.6m. From Figure 2, it can be seenthat bamboo charcoal micro powder has a fine and porous surfacearea, which can effectively absorb water and harmful chemicals inthe air, and eliminate odor and decompose odor.
