由以上组成成分不难看出,PETG/PCTG是由PET经过醇改性而来,当醇含量小于50%时,形成PETG,当醇含量大于50%时,就形成PCTG。随着CHDM醇含量的增加,熔点下降,玻璃化转化温上升,结晶度下降,随之树脂硬度下降,耐热性上升,zui后形成无定形透明状

2、 Composition
Pet = PTA (terephthalic acid) + eg (ethylene glycol)
PETG = PTA (terephthalic acid) + eg (ethylene glycol) + < 50%CHDM (1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol)
Pctg = PTA (terephthalic acid) + eg (ethylene glycol) + > 5O%CHDM (1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol)
PCTA = PTA (terephthalic acid) + eg (ethylene glycol) + 30%acetate
It is not difficult to see from the above composition that PETG/ pctg is made from pet modified by alcohol. When the alcoholcontent is less than 50%, PETG is formed. When the alcohol contentis more than 50%, pctg is formed. With the increase of the contentof CHDM alcohol, the melting point decreased, the glass transitiontemperature increased, the crystallinity decreased, the hardness ofthe resin decreased, the heat resistance increased, and finally theamorphous transparent was formed
