It is recommended that in general, in the condition of keepingthe barrel temperature of durafide forming, the polycarbonatecontaining glass fiber should be used for cleaning, thenpolyethylene, and then the two should be cleaned alternately. Theefficiency of the cleaning material in the cylinder will be higherif it is completely discharged and then loaded into the nextcleaning material. It can also be used as a commercially availableacrylic cleaning material instead of polycarbonate containing glassfiber.
The following describes the stop and opening of the moldingmachine and the method of material switching.
(1) When forming stops
It is recommended to clean durafide at the same moldingtemperature as durafide, and then clean with resin with goodthermal stability (HDPE, commercially available acrylic cleaningmaterials, etc.) at the same molding temperature as durafide. Ifyou want to continue with durafide molding, you can also usedurafide only to clean.
(2) At the beginning of forming
If the resin in the cylinder is stable within the durafideforming temperature range, it can be heated to durafide formingtemperature intact and then cleaned with durafide.
If the molding temperature range of resin is different fromdurafide, it is recommended to adjust the temperature of thecylinder to the forming temperature of residual resin in thecylinder, and then clean the resin (high density polyethylene,(polycarbonate, etc.) which can be used under the formingtemperature of durafide and residual resin, and have good thermalstability, and then set the forming temperature of durafide andclean it.
If the resin in the cylinder is durafide, it can be heated tothe forming temperature of durafide and cleaned intact.
(3) When resin is switched
If it is resin which can be switched with durafide intact, referto the above-mentioned stop and start method of forming, and cleanthe machine without sealing while keeping the barreltemperature.
If it is a resin that cannot be switched with durafide intact,it is recommended to clean it with a resin with good thermalstability (HDPE, etc.) at the forming temperature of durafide andthe resin to be switched, and then set to the formingtemperature.
(4) Others
If it is stuck in the cylinder for a long time, the naturalcolor of durafide will change color sometimes, so it should becleaned sufficiently.

建议在一般情况下，在保持DURAFIDE成型时的机筒温度的状态下，先用含有玻纤的聚碳酸酯清洗，接着用聚乙烯清洗，然后再用两者反复交替清洗。将机筒内的清洗材料完全排出后再装入下一种清洗材料的话效率将更高。也可用市售的丙烯酸类清洗材料来代替含有玻纤的聚碳酸酯。
下面介绍成型机的停止和开启以及材料切换方法。
(1) 成型停止时
建议在保持DURAFIDE成型时的机筒温度的状态下清洗DURAFIDE，接着在与DURAFIDE相同的成型温度下用具有良好热稳定性的树脂(高密度聚乙烯、市售的丙烯酸类清洗材料等)进行清洗。如果要继续进行DURAFIDE成型，也可只用DURAFIDE来清洗。
(2) 成型开始时
如果机筒内的树脂在DURAFIDE成型温度范围内是稳定的，则可原封不动地加热至DURAFIDE成型温度，然后用DURAFIDE进行清洗。
如果树脂的成型温度范围不同于DURAFIDE，建议将机筒温度调至机筒中残留树脂的成型温度，接着用在DURAFIDE和残留树脂两者的成型温度下均可使用并且具有良好热稳定性的树脂(高密度聚乙烯、(视情况而定的)聚碳酸酯等)清洗，然后设成DURAFIDE的成型温度并进行清洗。
如果机筒内的树脂是DURAFIDE，则可原封不动地加热至DURAFIDE的成型温度并进行清洗。
(3) 树脂切换时
如果是可原封不动地与DURAFIDE切换的树脂，可参照上述成型停止和开始方法，在保持机筒温度的同时原封不动地进行清洗。
如果是不能原封不动地与DURAFIDE切换的树脂，则建议在DURAFIDE和想要切换的树脂两者的成型温度下用具有良好热稳定性的树脂(高密度聚乙烯等)清洗，然后设为成型温度。
(4) 其他
如果长期滞留在机筒内，DURAFIDE的自然色有时也会变色，因此应充分清洗。
