PA46 TW371荷兰---PA46 can be dissolved in a few solvents, but itis neither swelling nor dissolving in most solvents, so it has goodanti solvent property. PA46 has strong oil resistance and greaseresistance at higher temperature. It is an excellent material forgears and bearings in automobile industry. Its corrosion resistanceis better than PA66, and it has good oxidation resistance and issafe to use. On the one hand, sewing thread requires hightemperature resistance (needle temperature is very high), goodtoughness and uniform friction performance in processing; on theother hand, it should have good dimensional stability inapplication, and can withstand boiling water, dry heat treatment,etc. PA46 can just meet these re At the same time,because its melting point is higher than pet, PA66 and PA6, itsheat resistance is also the best. The sewing characteristics oftheir sewing thread have been studied. Under the same conditions,the sewing length of PA46 fiber is the longest, so it is a goodsewing thread material.
