PA46 TW241F6荷兰---耐磨损级PA46的运用：

Application of wear resistant PA46

(1) Nylon PA46 is widely used in automobile industry because ofits creep resistance, strength, hardness, fatigue resistance,excellent heat resistance and drug resistance at high temperature,and easy processing. It can design complex and integrated productswith various functions. For example, in automobile assembly line,it can be directly coated to prepare temperature resistant partsworking under the hood beside the engine, and it can also be usedto make automobile engine, transmission, motor controller, intakepipe, brake, cooler and water pump, cylinder end cover, cylinderbase, oil seal cover, etc. Many devices in automobile exhaustsystem, such as secondary air supply (SAS) system, can be usedcontinuously at 160 ℃ and peak at 200 ℃. In other control systemssuch as traction control system and direct ignition device ofautomobile, PA46 can be used to make all kinds of sensors,connectors and switches.

(2) In electronics and electrical equipment industry, because ofminiaturization and power increase, the internal temperature ofcomponents rises. Therefore, materials are required to have higherlong-term service temperature, higher hardness and lower creepperformance at high temperature. Glass fiber reinforced nylon 46has 290 ℃ hot deformation temperature, excellent flame resistance,creep resistance and immersion welding resistance, excellenttoughness and good fluidity, which can meet the design requirementsof various electronic components. Such as contactor, socket,printed circuit board, generator blade, keyboard, coil frame,switch components, etc.

(3) PA46 in machinery industry has good friction and wearresistance, high temperature resistance and fatigue resistance. Itis a good material suitable for mechanical structural parts, suchas gears, bearings, bearing cages, transmission parts, etc. (4)Other uses make use of the wear resistance, fatigue resistance, lowfriction coefficient and good sliding property of nylon 46

It can be used to make ball bearing frame, belt pulley, etc. Atpresent, nylon 46 is being developed as structural parts, frictionparts and transmission parts in large projects.
