PA46 TS200F6荷兰--PA46在PA中耐热性为高品质，非加厚型PA46耐160℃的高温，30%玻纤加厚型PA46能耐290℃的高温，玻纤提升PA46在170℃下，耐热能够做到5000h，其抗拉强度减少50%。PA46耐高温应力松弛性小，高晶粒大小的PA46在10℃以上仍能保持其弯曲应变，使其抗应力松弛力提升，好于绝大多数橡塑制品和耐热原料。PA46由高旋光性胺基官能团异构构成，结构与PA差不多，分子式链相互之间缠结，其应用温度较PA66高29-30℃。PA46重要特性为晶粒大小高，熔点高，在接近熔点时仍能保持高弯曲应变，在要求较高的弯曲应变规范下，其安全系数性能参数好于PA6PA和PCT。由于弯曲应变强，可减少壁厚，节约原材料和花销。PA46的改性工程塑料玻纤提升级别可生产加工厚壁管零部件，较别的橡塑制品壁薄10%，尤可可用汽车产业和机械自动化。PA46耐腐蚀耐溶剂品行佳。在较高温度下，耐腐蚀及油脂性，是车子工业生产中用于传动系统传动齿轮、滚柱轴承等的原料，抗腐蚀能性优于PA46，且抗氧化性好，运用安全系数。但作为涤纶布原料，能被强酸腐蚀。PA46的耐磨性和消除疲劳性PA46的抗拉强度特点好，抗冲击抗拉强度高，在较低的温度下，缺口破坏性抗拉强度仍能保持高品质PA46具有优质的分子结构结构，非加厚型PA46较别的橡塑制品抗冲击抗拉强度高，玻纤涤纶原材料46的固支梁式抗冲击抗拉强度高些PA46较别的橡塑制品与耐热塑料使用期限长，耐疲倦性佳、耐磨损耗损、表面光滑坚固、且相对密度低、可以用以替代金属复合材料

The heat resistance of PA46 in PA is of high quality.
