聚丙烯(PP)的用途
1、薄膜制品:聚丙烯薄膜制品透明而有光泽,对水蒸汽和空气的渗透性小,它分为吹膜薄膜、流延薄膜(CPP)、双向拉伸薄膜(BOPP)等。
2、注塑制品:可用于汽车、电气、机械、仪表、无线电、纺织、国防等工程配件,日用品,周转箱,医疗卫生器材,建筑材料。
3、挤塑制品:可做管材、型材、单丝、渔用绳索。打包带、捆扎绳、编织袋,纤维,复合涂层,片材,板材等。吹塑中空成型制品各种小型容器等。
4、其它:低发泡、钙塑板,合成木材,层压板,合成纸,高发泡可作结构泡沫体。

PP( Polypropylene聚丙烯)是结晶性塑料一般为呈不规则圆形表面有蜡质光泽白 色颗料.密度0.9-0.91g/cm ,是塑料中的种.有较明显的熔点,根据结晶度和分子 量的不同,熔点在170℃左右,而其分解温度在290℃以上,有着很宽的成型温度范围,成型收缩率1.0-2.5%.PP的使用温度可达100℃,具有良好的电性能和高频绝缘性,且不 受湿度影响.但低温下易脆,不耐磨,易老化.适于制作一般机械零件,耐腐蚀零件和绝缘 零件.用PP料制做的铰链产品具有出的耐疲劳性能.典型应用范围 在医药,食品,化工等工业中以及人们的日常生活中有着广泛的用途。
PP is asemi-crystalline material. It is harder than PE and has a highermelting point. Because HOMOPOLYMER PP is very brittle when thetemperature is higher than 0 °C, many commercial PP materials areclamp block copolymers with 1-4% ethylene or higher ethylenecontent. The copolymer-type PP has lower thermal distortiontemperature (100 °C) , higher transparency, lower gloss and lowerrigidity, but higher impact strength. The impact strength of PPincreases with the increase of ethylene content. The Vicarsoftening temperature of PP was 150 °C. Due to its highcrystallinity, the material has good surface stiffness and scratchresistance. PP does not have the problem of environmental stresscracking. Generally, PP is modified by adding glass fiber, metaladditive or thermoplastic rubber. The MFR OF PP is in the range of1 ~ 40. PP WITH LOW MFR has better impact resistance but lowertensile strength.
For thesame MFR material, the impact strength of Copolymer type is higherthan homopolymer type. As a result of crystallization, theshrinkage of PP is quite high, generally 1.8 ~ 2.5% . And theDirectional uniformity of shrinkage is much better than that ofPE-HD and other materials. The shrinkage was reduced to 0.7% byadding 30% glass additive. HOMOPOLYMER and copolymer type PPmaterials have excellent moisture resistance, anti-acid-alkalicorrosion, anti-solubility. However, it is not resistant toaromatic hydrocarbon solvents such as benzene and chlorinatedhydrocarbon (tetrachloromethane) solvents. PP does not have thesame antioxidant properties as PE at high temperatures.
