Mold temperature: 40~80C, it isrecommended to use 50C. The degree of crystallization is mainlydetermined by the mold temperature. Injection pressure: up to1800bar. Injection speed: generally, high speed injection moldingcan reduce internal pressure to a minimum. If defects appear on thesurface of the product, then low speed injection molding at highertemperatures should be used. Runner and gate: for cold runner, thetypical runner diameter range is 4 to 7mm. It is recommended to usea circular injector and runner. All types of gates can be used. Thetypical gate diameter range is 1 to 1.5mm, but gates as small as0.7mm can also be used. For edge sprue, the small sprue depth shallbe half of the wall thickness; Small sprue widths should be atleast twice the wall thickness. PP material is fully capable ofusing the hot runner system. 1. Crystalline material, lowhygroscopic, easy to melt body rupture, easy to decompose inlong-term contact with hot metal. 2. Good liquidity, but largeshrinkage range and shrinkage value, prone to shrinkage,indentation, deformation. 3. The cooling speed is fast, the castingsystem and the cooling system should dissipate heat slowly, and payattention to the control of molding temperature. 4. The thicknessof the plastic wall must be uniform to avoid lack of glue and sharpcorners to prevent stress concentration.
