Metocene MF650Y is an ultra-high melt flow rate resin with verynarrow molecular weight distribution. It is typically used bycustomers in melt blown fibers as well as compounding extrusionapplications. This material is available as a free-flowing, lowdust granule resin. This product contains no peroxide or peroxidedecomposition by-products. The very narrow molecular weightdistribution and high degree of resin consistency promote finerfibers, enhanced fiber filament thread line continuity as well asreduced fly and lint in melt blown spinning processes. Itsultra-high melt flow rate allows reduced processing temperaturesand energy savings. This is a low smoke, clean running resin withgood thermal and processing stability.
