J-560S is a nucleated random copolymer for injection moldingapplications. This grade is designed to be processed inconventional injection molding e and offers super excellenttransparency, good stiffness/impact strength balance, high gloss,high hinge property and low smell.
PP具有优异的可加工性能,可采用常规的热塑性塑料的加工方法进行成型加工,例如,以挤出加工、注塑加工、热成型加工和珠粒发泡等方法进行成型加工。挤出加工成型是聚丙烯树脂PP主要的加工方法,该方法是将聚丙烯树脂PP在挤出机中经加热、加压,使其成为熔融流动状态,然后从口模将其连续挤出而成型。用此方法可以生产聚丙烯PP吹塑薄膜、双向拉伸取向薄膜,流延薄膜,复合薄膜、单向拉伸取向,薄膜、撕裂薄膜(捆扎绳)、打包带、扁丝及其编织袋、管材、片材、单丝及其绳索、各种普通及其超细纤维、元纺布、挤出涂覆材料、挤出发泡材料和瓶子等制品。PP塑料原料加工过程主要是胶粒熔融、流动、定型后冷却成为成品,是一个加温后再冷却的过程,也是塑料从颗粒改变到各不同形状的过程,以下将就各个不同阶段角度去说明加工过程。熔融装置加温器让原料颗粒逐渐熔解成流体状流动,主要以各不同原料适合温度调节,调高温度会趋使原料流动加快,可增加效率但不一定能保证优良率,必须取得合适的平衡。良好的效果与PP遇高热裂解的特性,都是生产时好能让原料顺利流畅到模头,以避免充料不足或回流现象的产生,回流代表原料流动较产出速率快,后会造成平均流动效率加大,是加工可利用的方法之一,但却也造成MFR分布非常态可能导致不稳定性加大,导致不良率可能加大。不过PP成品因为应用的都不是尺寸精密度很高的产品,所以影响还不大。
PP belongs to crystalline polymer, its particles will not meltunder a certain temperature, unlike PE or PVC, which softens withthe increase of temperature in the heating process. Once a certaintemperature is reached, PP particles melt rapidly, and all of themcan be transformed into molten state within several degrees. PP'smelt viscosity is relatively low, so it has good fluidity inmolding, especially when the melt flow rate is high, the meltviscosity is smaller, which is suitable for injection molding oflarge-scale thin-walled products, such as washing machine innerbarrel. PP is a kind of non-polar polymer, which has goodelectrical insulation, and the water absorption of PP is very low,so the electrical insulation will not be affected by humidity. Thedielectric constant and dielectric loss factor of PP are verysmall, which are not affected by frequency and temperature. Thedielectric strength of PP is very high and increases withtemperature. These are favorable for electrical insulationmaterials in wet and hot environment. On the other hand, thesurface resistance of PP is very high. In some cases, antistatictreatment must be carried out first
