Polyphthalamide PPA, the English name of PPA injection mouldingprocess, has 20% higher tensile strength and 20% higher flexuralmodulus than nylon 6 and 20% higher hardness than nylon 66 underhigh temperature and humidity, and can resist long-term tensilecreep. Gasoline, grease and coolant resistance is also better thanPA. This high temperature resistant nylon material can withstandthe continuous high temperature of 200 C, and can adhere toexcellent standard stability. The glass transition temperature ofamorphous and semi-crystalline PPAs is about 255 degrees F.Amorphous PPAs are mainly used for isolation purposes, andsemi-crystalline PPAs are mainly used for injection moulding andother melting processes. PPA semi-crystalline melting point isabout 590 degrees F, which is supplied by opaque rectangularslices.
