根据目前的市场规模和未来的需求增长趋势, 考虑引进波兰技术建设第二套装置, 提高我国POM的生产能力,探寻其它公司合资或转让技术的可能性, 在目前世界聚甲醛发展的形势下, 不宜引进均POM技术。近年来,我国聚甲醛下游产业蓬勃发展, 为我国POM工业的发展创造了新的契机, 无论是将国内技术开发完善, 还是引进国外先进技术,都应抓住目前的有利时机, 早日建立起我国规模化、产业化的聚甲醛工业。
POM按分子链中化学结构的不同可分为均聚甲醛和共聚甲醛两种,均聚甲醛一般是由无水聚甲醛聚合而得,共聚甲醛是由三聚甲醛与少量二氧戊环的共聚产物。正是由于结构上的不同,导致均聚和共聚甲醛在各项性能下存在差异。两者主要区别是:均聚甲醛密度、结晶度较高,熔点与HDT较共聚甲醛高10℃,强度、耐蠕变性能和耐摩擦性能更优越,但热稳定性差,加工温度范围窄约10℃,对酸硷的稳定性较低。共聚甲醛密度、结晶度、熔点、强度都较低,但热稳定性相对较好,不容易分解,加工温度范围宽30~50℃,对酸硷稳定性较好。
As mentioned earlier, POM melt belongs to shear-sensitivepolymer. To increase its flowability, it can be achieved byincreasing injection speed. At the same time, in the aboveapplications, the cooling rate of POM crystallization will be veryfast, and surface defects such as wrinkles, speckles and weld markswill easily occur on the products. Therefore, it is necessary toimprove the injection speed. When moulding products with large wallthickness, a slightly slower injection speed can be used to preventthe gas wrapped in the material from effectively discharging andproducing holes due to the rapid injection speed. Relativelyspeaking, the injection rate of homopolymer POM is higher than thatof copolymer POM
