POLYLAC®MABS Resin

CHIMEI’s POLYLAC® MABS resin is a copolymer primarily composed of methyl methacry-late (MMA), acrylonitrile (AN), butadiene (BD), and styrene (SM). It offers good transparen-cy, processability, mechanical properties and dimensional stability. To achieve leading transparency, we adjust the refractive index of the ABS and rubber matrix to be consistent. MABS also delivers high impact resistance. This material is suitable for manufacturing computer peripherals, home electronics, transparent toy parts, home appliances, medical equipment, food and water contact materials, and cosmetic containers. POLYLAC® MABS is compliant with RoHS, REACH SVHC, UL, and numerous international standards for vari-ous applications.

POLYLAC® PA-758 by Chi Mei is a methacrylate acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (MABS) grade. Exhibits beautiful and stable color, high flowability and good transparency. Designed for injection molding method. POLYLAC® PA-758 is recommended for air conditioning panels, wash machine covers, vacuum cleaner casings, 3c product casings, household appliances and stationary. Is also suitable for manufacture of computer peripheral, home electronics and toys. Complies with PFOA, PFOS, RoHS and UL 94 HB Flame Rating.
