WONDERLITE® PC-122U 是奇美电子牌号的高流动性聚碳酸酯（PC）等级。它是通过BPA（双酚A）和碳酸酯化合物的双羟基化合物以及转酯化（熔融）方法聚合的。它是抗紫外线等级，不含氯化甲烷和氯化溶剂。具有出色的透明性、良好的尺寸稳定性、高耐热性、耐候性和超高抗冲击性。可以通过注塑成型加工。

WONDERLITE® PC-122U 适用于户外应用和交通标志。符合FDA、TSCA和RoHS法规。

WONDERLITE® PC-122U is a high flow polycarbonate (PC) grade by Chi Mei. It is polymerized using the double hydroxy compounds of BPA (bisphenol-A) and diphenylcarbonates of carbonate compounds with the trans-esterification (melting) method. It is an UV stabilized grade and contains no phosgene and chlorinated solvents such as dichloromethane. Exhibits excellent transparency, good dimensional stability, high heat-, weather- and ultra-high impact resistance. It can be processed by injection molding. WONDERLITE® PC-122U is suitable for outdoor applications and traffic signs. Complies with FDA, TSCA and RoHS regulations.

WONDERLITE®PC Resin

WONDERLITE® is a polycarbonate (PC) resin polymerized using the double hydroxy compounds of bisphenol-A (BPA) and the carbonate compounds of diphenyl carbonate (DPC), produced via our unique transesterification (melting) method. This resin offers glass-like transparency, high heat resistance, ultra high impact resistance, and dimensional stability, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It is also compatible with other materials such as ABS and PET, creating diverse alloy products. CHIMEI’s WONDERLITE® is the result of the world’s first eco-friendly non-phosgene process. We successfully produce PC from CO2 instead of phosgene. It is chlorine-free, making it non-corrosive and good for mold maintenance. Moreover, CHIMEI’s WONDERLITE® is suitable for ethylene oxide and gamma ray disinfection, and can be applied in medical equipment. This material is also suitable for all 3C products, precision machinery, instrument products, automotive parts, sporting goods, sanitary hygiene products, and food and water contact materials. WONDERLITE® PC is compliant with RoHS, REACH SVHC, UL, and numerous international standards for various applications .
