Elastollan®SP806-10 is a polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). Itis specifically formulated for extruded profile, film and sheetapplications, and has exceptional adhesion characteristics. It isnaturally anti-blocking and non-tacky when extruded into film orsheet products. Elastollan® SP806-10 also exhibits the typicalfeatures of Elastollan® 1185A: excellent abrasion resistance,toughness, low temperature properties, hydrolytic stability andfungus resistance. As with all TPU products, Elastollan® SP806-10must be dried before processing. The drying step is required toboth dry the granules and also maintain a low moisture contentuntil the product enters the processing equipment. The watercontent must be less than 0.03% before processing. The typicaldrying conditions should be 2-4 hours @ 175°-195℉ (80°-90℃).Elastollan® SP806-10 can be stored for up to 1 year in its originalcontainer. Containers should be stored in a cool and dryarea.
