POLYFLON PTFE M-series is a granular powder for compressionmolding. As melt viscosity is extremely high, it cannot be used formolding applied to general plastic. Therefore basically at first itis compressed in the mold and is fused by sintering over itsmelting point. Various molding methods are developed.

There are many types of POLYFLON PTFE to be applied the methods,conditions in mold processing and application.
