防静电聚酰亚胺胶带以聚酰亚胺薄膜(Polyimide)为基材，涂布耐高温有机硅压敏胶水而成。除具有耐高温260℃，抗化学溶剂佳，高粘着力，柔软服帖和再撕离不残胶等特性外，表面进行抗静电处理，表面电阻值为10E6—10E9，剥离静电电压小于100V。本品为聚酰亚胺（Polyimide）薄膜基材涂布耐高温硅酮胶而成。具有耐高温、抗腐蚀、高粘着力、柔软妥帖、再撕离不残胶等特性。

The antistatic polyimide tape is made of polyimide film as thebase material and coated with high-temperature resistant siliconepressure-sensitive adhesive. In addition to its high temperatureresistance of 260 ℃, good resistance to chemical solvents, highadhesion, soft and comfortable, and no residual adhesive aftertearing, the surface is treated with anti-static treatment, with asurface resistance value of 10E6-10E9, and a stripping staticvoltage of less than 100V. This product is made of polyimide filmsubstrate coated with high-temperature resistant silicone adhesive.It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance, high adhesion, soft and proper, and noresidual glue after tearing.

应用范围：

防静电胶带除具有的耐高低温性、耐辐射性、耐溶剂等特性外，还具有优良的防静电，适用于低静电要求的表面贴装（SMT锡炉、波峰焊）工业。 

适用于粘贴静电敏感器件加工和包装袋封口。在电子电工行业可用于较高要求的H级电机和变压器线圈绝缘包扎,耐高温线圈端部包扎固定，测温热电阻保护，电容及电线缠结和其它在高温工作条件下的粘结绝缘。

在线路板制造行业中可用于电子保护粘贴,特别适用于SMT耐温保护、电子开关、PCB板金手指保护、电子变压器、继电器等各种需耐高温及防潮保护的电子元器件。

Scope of application:
