Process characteristics of PC Resin
1. The aggregation characteristics belong to amorphous amorphousplastics with no obvious melting point and high melt viscosity. Theglass transition temperature is 140 ° ~ 150 ℃, the meltingtemperature is 215 ℃ ~ 225 ℃, and the molding temperature is 250 ℃~ 320 ℃.
2. It has good thermal stability within the normal processingtemperature range. It basically does not decompose when it stays at300 ℃ for a long time. It begins to decompose when it exceeds 340℃, and the viscosity is less affected by the shear rate.
3. The rheological property is close to Newtonian liquid, theapparent viscosity is greatly affected by temperature, lessaffected by shear rate, and increases with the increase of relativemolecular weight. PC molecular chain has benzene ring, so themolecular chain is rigid.
4. PC has good creep resistance and dimensional stability;However, the internal stress is not easy to eliminate.
5. PC is easy to degrade in water at high temperature, and themoisture content is required to be less than 0.02% duringmolding.
6. The product is easy to crack.
