高耐高温PEI 1010沙伯基础---Pei is an amber transparent solid, which hasstrong high temperature stability. Even non reinforced Pei has goodtoughness and strength. Therefore, Pei can be used to fabricatehigh temperature and heat-resistant devices. Pei also has goodflame retardancy, chemical resistance and electrical insulationproperties. Pei can be prepared by melt polycondensation. From thepoint of view of economy, ecology and technology, this method has abright future. Because the method does not use solvent, there is nosolvent in the polymer, which is of great significance forprocessing and use. Pei can also be manufactured directly inextruder by continuous process. The operation steps of the methodare as follows: the mixture of the starting compound successivelypasses through the regions with different temperatures in theextruder, and moves from the low temperature region of monomermixing to the high temperature region of final product melting. Thewater generated by cyclization reaction is continuously dischargedfrom the extruder through appropriate orifice, and is usuallyextracted by vacuum decompression in the last area of the extruder.Polymer pellets or sheets can be obtained from the outlet of theextruder. Pei and various fillers can be mixed directly in theextruder to produce Pei based mixture. Among these methods,solution polymerization is the most popular one in industrialproduction. However, the continuous extrusion polymerization methodof extruder has been successfully developed by Shanghai syntheticresin Research Institute in a small unit and can be put intoindustrial production
