TPE 5556美国杜邦---TPE是一种具备硫化橡胶的高弹力，高韧性，高回弹力，又具备可注塑模具加工的特点。具备环境保护无毒性安全性，强度覆盖面广，有优质的上色性，手感绵软，耐老化，缓解疲劳性和耐热性，生产加工使用性能，不必硫化橡胶，可循环系统应用；能够二次注塑工艺，与PP、PE、PC、PS、ABS等板材包复黏合，也可独立成形。
TPE原材料构造中没有不饱和键，特性相对稳定，具备优良的耐高温（应用温度范围-50-100），抗老化，耐酸类，耐水洗性。
TPE原材料构造中带有常温下为玻璃态的丁二烯-丁二烯刚性链段,授予原材料固定不动的样子，确保性能指标;原材料构造中带有常温下为弹力棉态的丁二烯软性开链，授予原材料舒服的绵软手感及延展性。
TPE原材料在生产过程中不引进重金属超标，不加上有害的邻苯二甲酸盐增粘剂，合乎ROHS、REACH、EN71、PAHS及FDA环保监测。是替代PVC的原材料。
TPE原材料选用立即注塑工艺，生产加工非常容易，成形周期时间短，废产品收购 非常容易，是替代硫化橡胶及硅橡胶的理想化原材料。
TPE材料通过配方及配比的变化，可提供物性及硬度多样化的材料，以符合不同产品适宜的使用要求。
TPE外观为本色，半透明或透明的圆粒或圆柱状粒子，表面为亚面效果。密度一般在0.9-1.1克/立方厘米。主要用于家电外壳、手柄、握把、文具、运动器材、密封圈、汽车配件、把手、齿轮等。
