Product application
1. It is especially suitable for flame retardant modification ofhigh glass fiber reinforced nylon (PA12, PA6, PA66, etc.) withbalanced physical and mechanical properties and electricalproperties.
2. In PA6 or PA66 with 30% glass fiber, adding 15-20% by weightcan reach UL94-V0@0.4mm The flame retardant grade and additionamount vary with polymer type, processing conditions and glassfiber content.
3. In the process of use, it is recommended that the watercontent of pre dried polyamide should be less than 0.1% (weight),and the processing temperature of polymer should not exceed 310℃.

商品运用
1.尤其适用高玻璃纤维成分尼龙材料(PA12,PA6、PA66等)的阻燃性改性材料,具备均衡的物理学物理性能和电气设备特性。
2.在30%玻璃纤维的PA6或PA66中,加上净重份15-20%,可以达到UL94-V0@0.4mm防火等级,加上量因高聚物类型、生产加工标准和玻纤成分不一样而转变。
3.在应用的全过程中,强烈推荐预干躁丙烯酸树脂水成分小于0.1%(净重份),高聚物的生产加工溫度应当不超过310℃。
