The POM has high tensile strength, high bending strain, goodplasticity and wear resistance. Its processing performance isexcellent, compressive strength of 50.4 CPA, specific bendingstrain of 2650 MPA, and metal composite material is very close. Thetechnological properties of POM changed little with temperature,and the polymer POM changed slightly more than homopolymers POM.The destructive tensile strength of POM is high, but the basicdestructive strength is not as high as that of ABS and PC. Pom Issensitive to the notch, which can reduce the destructive tensilestrength by 90% . The fatigue strength of POM is very obvious. Thefatigue strength of POM is 35MPA, while that of PA and PC is only28MPa. The stress relaxation of POM is similar to that of PA, andit is only 2.3% at 20 °C, 21 MPA and 3000h. The frictionCoefficient of POM is small, the wear resistance is good (POM & GT;PA66 & GT; PA6 & GT; ABS & GT; HPVC & GT; PS & GT; PC) , the limitPV is very big, the self-lubrication is good. When the POMmerchandise is grinding, it is very easy to lead to the noise ofimitating noise under high load.
