TPEE弹性体(原材料)
The heat resistance ofTPEE is excellent, and the higher the hardness, the better the heatresistance of TPEE. The weight loss of TPEE is 0.05% and 0.1% whenit is heated continuously for 10h at 110 ~ 140 °C and 10h at 160 °Cand 180 °C respectively, therefore, TPEE is very high temperature,short-term use temperature is higher, can adapt to the automotiveproduction line baking paint temperature 150 ~ 160 °C, and it inhigh and low temperature loss of mechanical properties. The tensilestrength of TPEE is much higher than TPU when used at above 120 °C.Moreover, TPEE has excellent low temperature resistance. TheBrittle point of TPEE is lower than-70 °C and the lower thehardness is, the better the cold resistance is. Most TPEE can beused at-40 °C for a long time. Due to the e performanceof TPEE at high and low temperatures, its operating temperaturerange is very wide and can be used at-70 ~ 200 °C.
3TPEE塑胶原料的应用
TPEE主要用于要求减震、耐冲击、耐曲挠、密封性和弹性、耐油、耐化学品并要求足够强度的领域。如:聚合物改性、汽车部件、耐高低温电线护套、液压软管、鞋材、传动皮带、旋转成型轮胎、挠性连轴节、消音齿轮、电梯滑道、化工设备管道阀件中的防腐耐磨耐高低温材料等。TPEE高性能的产品牌号有美国杜邦公司的TPEE5526,5556,4056,4069等,广泛用于电线电缆以及密封件等。
TPEE塑胶原料的力学性能
通过对软硬段比例的调节,TPEE的硬度可以从邵氏30-82D,其弹性和强度介于橡胶和塑料之间。与其它热塑性弹性体相比,在低应变条件下,TPEE模量比相同硬度的其它热塑性弹性体高。当以模量为重要的设计条件时,用TPEE可缩小制品的横截面积,减少材料用量。TPEE具有极高的拉伸强度。与聚氨酯(TPU)相比,TPEE压缩模量与拉伸模量要高得多用相同硬度的TPEE和TPU制作同一零件前者可以承受更大的负载。在室温以上,TPEE弯曲模量很高,而低温时又不象TPU那样过于坚硬因而适宜制作悬臂梁或扭矩型部件,特别适合制作高温部件。TPEE低温柔顺性好低温缺口冲击强度优于其他TPE,耐磨耗性与TPU相当。在低应变条件下,TPEE具有优异的耐疲劳性能且滞盾损失少,这一特点与高弹性相结合,使该材料成为多次循环负载使用条件下的理想材料,齿轮、胶辊、挠性联轴节、皮带均可采用。
