Pp-y1500h special melt-blown PP material PP-Y1500H specialmelt-blown PP material with low odor and high electret stabilityadopts high melt-point polypropylene resin, odorless peroxide,crystal nucleating agent, deodorizing agent and other additives, itwas prepared by melt blending, reactive extrusion, granulating,drying and homogenizing in twin-screw extruder.
The product is mainly used in automobile sound absorbing cotton,air filter, high-end melt-blown non-woven fabric and other fields.So it's used exclusively for bonding engineering plastics. In 1941,John Rexwhinfield filed a patent for PET materials with JamesThorndickson and his staff at the calicopprinters'Association inManchester. In 1946, the United Kingdom issued a series of patentsfor the preparation of PET. In 1949, ICI company of the UnitedKingdom completed the pilot test, but dupont company of the UnitedStates purchased the patents and established a production plant in1953, which achieved the first industrial production in the world.Pet is almost used in the initial synthetic fiber, commonly knownas polyester, Dacron, Dacron. Since the 1980s, PET has made abreakthrough as an engineering plastic. nucleating agent andcrystallization promoter have been developed successively. Now PET,together with PBT, has become one of the five engineering plastics.The scale of PET production in China lags far behind several majorforeign manufacturers.
