PP性能和优点：

1. PP树脂为白色蜡状物固体，它的密度很低，在0.89 一0.92g /cm3 之间，PP是塑料材料中除4--1-烯（P4MP ）之外轻的品种。聚丙烯综合性能良好，原料来源丰富，生产工艺简单，价格低廉。PP的力学性能与聚乙烯相比，其强度、刚度和硬度都比较高，光泽性也好。但在塑料材料中仍属于偏低的。如果需要高强度时，可选用高结晶聚丙烯或填充、增强聚丙烯。PP的冲击强度对温度的依赖性很大，其冲击强度较低，特别是低温冲击强度低。PP的冲击强度还与分子量、结晶度、结晶尺寸等因素有关。
