Nylon Sheet Variety 1: Nylon 6(White) : the material hascomprehensive properties, including mechanical strength, stiffness,toughness, mechanical shock absorption and wear resistance. Theseproperties, together with good electrical insulation and ChemicalResistance, Make Nylon 6 a "general-purpose" material for themanufacture of mechanical structural parts and maintainable parts.2: Nylon 66(Cream) : compared with Nylon 6, its mechanicalstrength, stiffness, heat resistance and wear resistance, creepresistance is better, but impact strength and mechanical shockabsorption performance decreased, very suitable for automatic lathemachining. 3: Nylon 4.6(Reddish Brown) : compared with ordinarynylon, nylon 4.6 is characterized by strong rigid retention, goodcreep resistance, in a wide temperature range, more heat aging,therefore, nylon 4.6 for Nylon 6, NYLON 66, POM and PET "hightemperature field" (80-150 °c) where stiffness, creep resistance,heat aging resistance, fatigue strength and wear resistance are notup to the requirements (black)4: Nylon 66 + GF30: compared withpure Nylon 66, this nylon filled with 30% glass fiber reinforced,its heat resistance, strength, stiffness. The creep resistance,dimensional stability and wear resistance are improved, and theallowable service temperature is higher. 5: Nylon 66 + MOS2(GrayBlack) : this nylon is filled with molybdenum disulfide. Comparedwith Nylon 66, the rigidity, hardness and dimensional stability areimproved, but the impact strength is decreased, and the crystallinestructure of Molybdenum disulfide is improved, the bearing capacityand wear resistance of the material are improved.
