工业生产的PC既有纯树脂,也有改性品种,不同的规格、型号可满足不同的用途。中国国家标准对PC的命名和型号做了规定,以黏度表征纯树脂的特征性能。在实际使用中可以根据成型方法和制品种类来选用不同型号或不同平均相对分子质量的PC。注塑成型一般选用平均相对分子质量为2万~4万的PC;挤出成型可选用相对分子质量较高的PC,通常在3万~4万以上,相对分子质量提高不但有利于挤出成型,有利于提高制品的力学性能,尤其是耐环境应力开裂性。由于PC熔体黏度大,流动性差,使成型制件的残余应力大,容易产生应力开裂。由此开发了一系列PC合金,如PC/ABS、PC/PE、PC/PP 等,其中PC/ABS合金闯世较早,应用广泛。
