DuPont's business relationship with China dates back to the (1863). After 30years of hard work, DuPont has established more than 40wholly-owned and joint ventures in China, has about 6,000employees, and moved many regional business head tomainland China.
The DuPont China R & D Center in Shanghai was officially putinto operation in 2005, and the second phase expansion wascompleted in 2013. The center is committed to providing technicalinnovation support and cooperation platforms for China's local,Asia-Pacific and global markets, focusing on new materialapplication development and testing capabilities in photovoltaicsolutions, bio-based materials, automotive materials and otherfields.
