PEI可用熔融缩聚法制备。这一方法从经济上,生态和技术的观点来看,都是有发展前途的。由于该法不使用溶剂,聚合物中不会含有溶剂,这对加工和使用都有重要意义。
PEI还可用连续法直接在挤出机制造。该法操作步骤是:起始化合物的混合物依次通过挤出机内具有不同温度的区域,由单体混合的低温区移向zui终产品溶融的高温区。环化反应生成的水,经适当的口孔从挤出机中不断排出,通常在挤出机的zui后区域借助真空减压抽出。从挤出机的出料口可得到聚合物粒料或片材。还可在挤出机内直接使PEI和各种填料混合,制得以PEI为主的配混料。
Pei can be prepared by melt polycondensation. From the point ofview of economy, ecology and technology, this method has a brightfuture. Because the method does not use solvent, there is nosolvent in the polymer, which is of great significance forprocessing and use.
Pei can also be manufactured directly in extruder by continuousprocess. The operation steps of the method are as follows: themixture of the starting compound successively passes through theregions with different temperatures in the extruder, and moves fromthe low temperature region of monomer mixing to the hightemperature region of final product melting. The water generated bycyclization reaction is continuously discharged from the extruderthrough appropriate orifice, and is usually extracted by vacuumdecompression in the last area of the extruder. Polymer pellets orsheets can be obtained from the outlet of the extruder. Pei andvarious fillers can be mixed directly in the extruder to producePei based mixture.
