PA6T has high melting point (310 ℃) and high hot deformationtemperature (about 290 ℃), so it can show excellent reflowsolderability. Excellent welding resistance makes PA6T particularlysuitable for SMT electronic connectors.
2. Excellent high temperature rigidity
PA6T can maintain a high modulus at high temperature, forexample, the modulus at 120 ℃ is 55% of that at 23 ℃. In otherwords, PA6T can maintain stable and excellent rigidity in a widetemperature range.

For nylon resin, the water absorption of PA6T is very low, only1 / 4 to 1 / 3 of that of nylon 66. Therefore, the change ofphysical properties of PA6T caused by water absorption isrelatively small.
5. Excellent dimensional stability
The water absorption of PA6T is quite low, and the size changecaused by water absorption is quite small. The coefficient ofthermal expansion of PA6T is quite stable, and it still remains ata very low level in the high temperature range. Therefore, thedimensional stability of PA6T to temperature change is good. Inaddition, the warpage of PA6T is very small due to the formingprocess. In other words, PA6T has excellent dimensionalstability.

PA6T的吸水率相当低,因吸水而造成的尺寸变化相当小。PA6T的热膨胀系数相当稳定,在高温范围中仍然维持在相当低的水准,因此,对温度变化的尺寸稳定性良好。此外,PA6T因成型过程所造成翘曲很小。也就是说PA6T具有优良的尺寸稳定性。
